WE MADE A FIRST IN DENİZLİ
Our Organic Waste Recycling Facility Started Operation.
We are happy to start another nature-friendly project, our recycling facility, which will produce fertilizers, started to operate. Recycling facility will use Deniz Tekstil’s food wastes and the garden wastes of Organized Industrial Zone Directorate's Parks and Gardens as a raw material.
Our fast fermentation organic fertilizer machine, that we expect will produce 200 kg per day organic fertilizer, was installed and started to operate.
Along with the project, a significant part of the household waste also included in the Zero Waste Regulation published last year, also will be recycled.
Our reactor uses an average of 1 ton of organic waste daily and turns it into organic fertilizer. The system operates automatically thanks to the PLC panel on it, the need for labor is minimal during the process.
During the process system only produces water vapor, does not generate any waste.
Completion of fermentation takes 1 day. After that, the organic fertilizer can be used directly in any agricultural activity.
